Short answer. NVIDIA data centre and professional GPUs usually carry a 900-series part number such as 900-2G153-0000-000. Server manufacturers often resell the same GPU under their own NVIDIA variant number, networking adapters use ordering part numbers (OPNs) such as MCX75310AAS-NEAT, and HGX, DGX and NVL72 platforms are sold as configured systems rather than single part numbers.

OEM variants
When Lenovo, Dell, HPE or Supermicro sell an NVIDIA GPU, it may carry a different NVIDIA variant number plus the OEM own SKU. The silicon is the same, but firmware, labelling and warranty route can differ. Match the number to the server it is going into.
Platforms
HGX B300, HGX B200, DGX B300 and GB300 NVL72 are not ordered as a single NVIDIA part. NVIDIA supplies baseboards to server makers, and you order a specific OEM system SKU. A quotation should name that SKU.
