Seller
The seller and merchant of record is LINEAGE TECHNOLOGIES, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are issued in this name.
Offers and prices
Prices are in US dollars, exclude VAT, duties and import taxes unless stated, and are valid until the time shown on the offer. Card payments are charged in UAE dirhams at the fixed rate of 3.6725 AED per USD. UAE VAT at 5% applies to deliveries in the UAE.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing after supply has been reconfirmed. If we cannot reconfirm supply, we cancel and refund any payment in full.
Deposits for lead-time orders
Where an item is sourced to order or has a lead time, we ask for a 30% deposit when you accept the written offer, to secure the allocation. The balance is due before dispatch. The offer states how the deposit is treated if either party cancels.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated on your order. Title passes on full payment. Risk passes as defined by the Incoterm.
Product identity
We supply the manufacturer part number on your order. We do not substitute another part number or edition without your written approval.
Warranty and liability
Warranty is as stated on your invoice and on the warranty page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Export and end use
You confirm the information you give about destination, end user and end use is accurate, and you will comply with applicable export, re-export and sanctions laws. We may cancel an order where we cannot lawfully supply it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
