Default terms
Listed items ship DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) to the delivery address on your order: we arrange and pay for freight and carry transit risk until delivery. You are the importer and are responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country unless your offer states otherwise.
Other terms, including EXW, FCA and DDP, are available on written offers. DDP is offered only where import duties, taxes and importer responsibilities are known and priced for your destination.
Dispatch and delivery times
Each offer states a dispatch estimate. Transit times depend on route and customs. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless it is written into your offer as guaranteed.
Insurance and tracking
Shipments we arrange are insured to declared value and tracked. You receive tracking details at dispatch.
On delivery
Count cartons and inspect seals before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours.
Destinations
We deliver worldwide subject to export controls, sanctions and carrier restrictions. Some destinations require review before an order can be accepted; see export compliance.
