How sourcing works

We supply new enterprise hardware from a network of vetted suppliers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Here is exactly what happens between your request and delivery.

From request to delivery

  1. You send the exact requirement: part numbers, quantities, destination and date. Listed items with verified stock can be bought online straight away.
  2. We match each line to the manufacturer part number and check current supply, condition, quantity and location with suppliers we have vetted.
  3. You receive a written offer or pro forma invoice with unit price, Incoterm, lead time, warranty position and validity. Online orders show the same terms at checkout.
  4. You pay by card or bank transfer: in full for stock items, or a 30% deposit for orders with a lead time and the balance before dispatch. We reconfirm the allocation, arrange inspection where the value or risk warrants it, ship insured and share tracking.

How we label availability

Each offer carries one of five public states: Verified stock, Confirmation required, Source to order, Preorder allocation or Currently unavailable. Verified stock means a supplier has confirmed the exact part number, quantity and condition in writing within our freshness window. When that window passes, online checkout pauses automatically until we reconfirm.

What we check before money moves

  • Supplier identity and that the receiving bank account belongs to the supplier.
  • Exact part number and edition, including Server, Workstation and Max-Q distinctions.
  • Condition and packaging: new and factory sealed unless agreed otherwise.
  • Dated carton or label evidence for high-value lines.
  • Destination, end user and end use against export and sanctions rules.

What we never do

  • Substitute an edition or variant without your written approval.
  • Describe supplier-held stock as our own warehouse stock.
  • Publish supplier names, costs or private quantities.
  • Misstate a destination or end user to obtain stock.
