Cancellation
Online orders can be cancelled free of charge until dispatch. If we cannot reconfirm supply after you pay, we cancel and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Orders under a written offer can be cancelled on the terms stated in that offer. Where we have committed funds to a supplier on your instruction, cancellation may carry the costs set out in the offer.
Dead on arrival and incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the part number you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and serial numbers. We arrange replacement or a refund once the item is returned in its original packaging.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped, because items are sourced for your order. Any statutory rights you have are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds are issued through our payment provider; the time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
