What we ask
Every buyer gives the same information: company, billing and delivery country, end user and intended use. Most orders clear immediately. Some destinations, end uses or values are reviewed by our team before payment.
Destinations we cannot supply
We do not supply Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any person or entity on applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists.
Destinations reviewed before payment
Orders to China, Hong Kong, Macau and a number of other destinations are reviewed before we accept them, and some may need a licence or cannot be supplied. Online card payment is not offered for these destinations.
Our commitments
- We never conceal, shorten or misstate a destination, end user or end use.
- We screen buyers and end users against restricted-party lists.
- We keep records of each compliance decision.
