What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone.
- Order and delivery details, including addresses and tax numbers.
- Compliance information: destination, end user and end use.
- Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address in server logs.
Card details are entered on our payment provider Network International secure page and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To respond to requests, prepare offers, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, handle warranty, meet legal and export-control obligations and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing without your separate consent.
Sharing
We share data only as needed with payment, logistics, hosting and email providers, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Order, tax and compliance records are kept for the periods the law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, subject to legal retention duties, by emailing sales@lineagetech.co.
